These two are so much fun!  I love moments like this where they really enjoy one another.  It warms my heart and makes me smile!  If only they always played this well together…

This is another great family I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know and love.  I’m feeling so blessed this time of year to have such wonderful friends and family around.  Thanks for letting me photograph your beautiful family Jamie!  If only we all could have four kids and look as great as you do, and she’s a sweetheart too!

Have you ever met someone that you just instantly love?  That is my friend Tammy, she’s one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet and her family is just as wonderful as she is.  Their son is going on a mission for our church this week and will be gone for 2 years.  So, they needed some family photos before he left.  I just wanted to post a quick few before he leaves so he can see them with his family.  Good luck on your mission, we will miss you!

I’m in the mood to post tonight it’s been a while and I need to update the blog!  These are some of my favorite photos from last summer, the second photo was blown up to a 24 by 36 and looks everybit as lovely!  It thrills me to see my photos blown up big and still look great!  I did shoot it in RAW, which definately helped!  I used my Colorful Actions and ACR presets to get these so bright and colorful.

Just wanted to post a quick update to the blog.  It’s been a busy summer, I haven’t broken out my camera much (shame on me), but hope to remedy that soon!  Life has been crazy and and a little stressful as of late.  I need a break, a little irresponsiblity.  So, we got a babysitter and we will be going out!  I can’t wait to have some adult time.  Now we just have to decide on a movie…Terminator Salvation or Angels and Demeans (did I spell that right?)   Tough choice.

Here is my adorable new little nephew, I had two nephews born on the same day.  Isn’t he adorable?

It’s been a busy day.  Tons of laundry, homework, piano lessons, dishes, mopping, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and yet I feel so relaxed and happy.  He’s the reason.  He brings such sanity into my crazy life and I feel grateful every single day that I met and married this man.  This picture is framed and on a table in our living room.  I used the Peach BW Preset from the Colorful Actions and ACR Presets and the BW depth over top tweaked a bit with the opacity.   I’ll post more later.

Felt like taking some outdoor shots before the long and dreary winter hits.  Don’t you love his tongue?  It’s a new thing he does ALL the TIME!  Cracks me up, he smiles with his mouth wide open too, and that frown is so him.  So perfect, I love that shot because it will always remind me of that sweet little frown he does.

I used my new set to process these, it’s called the ‘just press play’ set.  The sky was created with the action set, it’s called blue skies and it does ahead and adds a sky for you.  You just erase out the people with your brush and the layer mask, it’s a new trick I discovered that I love!

He is such a loved sweet baby, every time the kids get home from school they want to hug and kiss him and make him smile.  Three brothers and three sisters make some pretty big smiles.  Just feeling extra grateful today for my kids, the most fullfilling, wonderful things in my life.
